How do I schedule a tour?
Scheduling a tour is easy! You can book an in-person guided tour or a self-guided Tour24 experience directly through our website, through an ILS listing, or by contacting our leasing office. Tour24 allows you to tour the community and available homes at your convenience, while our leasing team is available for personalized guided tours and to answer any questions you may have.
What is the application process?
The entire application process is completed online. An application fee applies to each applicant over 18, along with an administrative fee per household.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, we accept guarantors to assist applicants who may need additional income qualification support.

What is included in the rent?
Your rent includes professional maintenance services and full lawn care, ensuring your home and landscaping are well maintained without any added responsibility on your part.
Are utilities included?
In addition to base rent, a monthly service fee applies and includes Smartaira highspeed internet, valet trash service, and pest control. Water is billed separately based on individual usage, and electricity is set up directly with Dominion Energy.
Is renter’s insurance required?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required for all residents. Our leasing team can provide additional information about coverage requirements and available options.
What deposits or fees are required?
Deposits are credit-based. We also offer alternative options, such as the OneApp Guarantee, to provide additional flexibility and support during the leasing process.
